Tertianship

Ordinarily during the last year of temporary profession the Junior Sisters do a three to five months’ ‘tertianship’. The period shall devote to spiritual and religious formation, to prayer, meditation, and study of the scriptures and of the documents of the Church and of the Congregation. The tertianship aims at a deepening spiritual maturity, a more personal religious conviction, a further growth in knowledge and love to the Congregation and of the Church. This intensive preparation for perpetual profession shall include a retreat of at least.
